At TWICE, we have resolved: “there will be no change if a CHANCE is not taken.” We present the standard that making positive changes can set the stage for another opportunity to make situations better. We then offer specific steps through group support and one on one services in making tough motherhood decisions including alternative assistance, preventive education, and personal endeavors.​
